These terms govern your use of quantira.net and any work you book. A working draft — review with a qualified professional before launch.

The service

Quantira offers personal and professional strategy coaching. It is not therapy, medical, legal, or crisis care — see the disclaimer. You're responsible for your own decisions and their outcomes.

These terms and the Coaching Agreement

These Terms govern your use of this website. When you book work, the Coaching Agreement sets the full terms of the coaching relationship (scope, fees, cancellation, confidentiality, liability, and more), and the Privacy Policy governs personal information. If anything in these Terms conflicts with the Coaching Agreement about the coaching relationship, the Coaching Agreement controls.

Booking & payment

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
  • Sessions are non-refundable once booked.
  • Reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice to apply your payment to a new time. Inside 48 hours — including missed sessions and late reschedule requests — the session is charged in full.
  • Lateness beyond 10 minutes (60-min) or 15 minutes (90-min) may be treated as a missed session.
  • Packages and intensives are non-refundable; see the services page for full terms.
  • Off-hours sessions accepted at discretion are billed at 1.25× the standard rate.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book. Work is by appointment and subject to availability and mutual fit.

Acceptable use

Use this site and the work in good faith and lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site, and don't use it to infringe anyone's rights. Quantira material is for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, design, and any frameworks or materials Quantira shares — belongs to Quantira and is protected by law. You may view and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, republish, or redistribute it without permission.

Third-party links & tools

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example scheduling, video, and payment tools). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

The site and the work are provided without warranties of any kind, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantira is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the work, and Quantira's total liability for any claim relating to a booking will not exceed the fees you paid for the session or package giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
