Questions

Fair questions, answered plainly.

If something here isn't covered, the fit call is a good place to ask.

Is this therapy?

No. Quantira is personal and professional strategy coaching — forward-looking work on a specific situation. It is not therapy, counselling, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care. If you need those, that's important and different work, and I'll say so.

How is this different from a life coach?

No motivational fluff and no one-size-fits-all frameworks. The work is to read the structure of your specific situation — what you mean, what the other person may be responding to, what pattern is repeating — and translate it into a usable next move.

Why is the first session paid, and priced the way it is?

Because it's real work, not a sales pitch. You leave the first session with clarity, not a proposal. The free 10–15 minute fit call is how you check the match before booking anything.

What kinds of situations do people bring?

Decisions, hard conversations, relationship and workplace dynamics, transitions, communication that isn't landing, and recurring patterns — anything where the stakes feel real and generic advice doesn't help.

Will you just tell me what to do, or take my side?

No. You'll get an honest read of the whole situation — including the parts that are uncomfortable — not affirmation, and not generic advice. Perspective isn't the same as agreeing with everyone, and it doesn't mean abandoning your own position.

Do you guarantee outcomes?

No. The work is to help you see clearly and choose deliberately. What you do with that is yours.

How do sessions work?

Private video — Zoom, with Google Meet as a backup — 60 or 90 minutes, by appointment, paid in full at booking. Availability is intentionally limited and booked in advance.

What's your cancellation policy?

Payment is made in full at booking and sessions are non-refundable. You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice and apply your payment to a new time. Inside 48 hours, the session is charged in full. Full policy on the services page.

What if I'm in crisis?

Quantira isn't crisis or emergency support, and it matters too much to fudge. If that's where you are, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line first. When things are steady, the door's open.

Is what I share kept private?

Yes. This is private work, and what you bring is held in confidence. Quantira is not a licensed clinical service, so the legal protections that apply to therapy don't apply here — but discretion is fundamental to how the practice runs. See the privacy policy.
